Vivek Mehta is a multi-time entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and CEO of PeopleTransformation.ai, where he combines his expertise in AI with a passion for revolutionizing people management. He is also the Founder and CEO of Weeve.ai, where he led the creation of the first “Empathetic AI” chatbot for employee engagement, a tool that enables companies to understand and resolve employee concerns 18 times faster. Recognized as a top startup by MassChallenge and selected for the US Air Force Small Business Innovation Research program, Weeve is paving the way for AI-powered empathy in the workplace.
Before launching his ventures, Vivek refined his skills as a consultant at Deloitte Digital, where he played a high-stakes role in the Affordable Care Act implementation. Known as the head of “Special Ops,” Vivek handled complex, high-profile issues that demanded a nuanced understanding of technical, business, and legal challenges. His experiences on the front lines of these initiatives inspired his dedication to developing smarter, more empathetic solutions that bridge the gap between leadership and frontline teams.
With an eclectic background, Vivek was one of the first Twitch streamers, a DJ for a hip-hop collective, and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo with 15 years as a martial arts instructor. Now based in Austin, he enjoys rock climbing, a quiet family life…well as quiet as it can be with the antics of his cat crew!
Anisa Aven, BCC, NLPC, is the visionary Co-Founder and Managing Partner at PeopleTransform.ai, where she leads the Strategic Growth Accelerator Program and spearheads innovative coaching and consulting initiatives. Anisa is also the CEO and founder of TurnKey Coaching & Development Solutions, an enterprise coaching firm established in 2004, with a network of over 1,000 HR and strategic growth consultants, executive coaches, and trainers.
A passionate advocate for the responsible use of AI, Anisa believes that “AI’s not wicked, but it can solve wicked problems.” Her work focuses on leveraging AI to unlock human potential, create value, and reshape the future of work. Through her program Strategic Thinking Reimagined, Anisa highlights the power of holistic problem-solving, combining the science of change with behavioral psychology to drive meaningful transformation.
Beyond her professional life, Anisa is an avid athlete who enjoys running, biking, water skiing, and snow skiing—often as family adventures. As a committed philanthropist, she has raised thousands of dollars for organizations such as The National MS Society and The Leukemia Society. A unique fun fact: Anisa is the voice behind “A Lady in the Night” in the popular video game series Wasteland by inXile Entertainment. She has been repeatedly nominated for Houston’s Small Business of the Year Award and is the proud mother of Parker, Ashlyn, and four cherished fur babies.
Omar Noorzay brings a unique talent for transforming complex solutions into intuitive, user-friendly experiences, often adding an unexpected touch of joy to the process. As the Head of Product at PeopleTransformation.ai and Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of Weeve.ai, Omar is dedicated to designing products that simplify and enhance user experiences, empowering organizations to thrive through technology.
Previously, Omar played a pivotal role in the Affordable Care Act’s implementation, leading the development of the largest module—eligibility integration. His work enabled seamless connections between millions of patients, doctors, and government systems, reflecting his commitment to creating solutions that bridge complexity with clarity.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Omar is an avid sports enthusiast. A former competitive volleyball player, he also loves basketball and is always ready to jump into a pickup game.
As the Vice President of Marketing at PeopleTransformation.ai, Kelly Howard leads global marketing strategy at the intersection of AI and human transformation. She drives brand positioning, market expansion, and marketing campaigns that attract and engage new clients, helping organizations unlock new levels of growth and performance in the age of AI.
An accomplished entrepreneur, author, and strategist, Kelly has spent more than 25 years building and scaling businesses across fitness, wellness, and digital transformation. She is the founder of Fit is Freedom, a company that empowers women over 50 to embrace fitness consistency and adventure, and the host of the long-running Fit is Freedom Podcast. Her book, FIT: Active & Ageless for Life, has inspired countless women to transform their health and confidence through sustainable habits.
Kelly’s expertise spans marketing leadership, brand storytelling, digital transformation, and growth strategy.
